This policy explains what information MintC Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles when you play
Vamspire (package and bundle ID com.mintc.vamspire, “the
Game”) or visit this website, why we handle it, and what you can do about it. The Game
is played on your device. It has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and you never
give us your name, email address or phone number to play.
1.What the Game sends to our server
The Game talks to our server (vamspire-server, which runs on Cloudflare Workers and D1) for one job: making sure the characters you buy are genuinely yours, on this install and the next. It sends only this:
Guest account
A random identifier the Game makes the first time it connects — not your device’s hardware ID and not its advertising ID — a player ID we assign, a display name generated automatically, and the time the account was created.
Why: so our server can recognise your installation when it verifies or restores a purchase.
Purchase records
When you buy or restore a character: the store (Google Play or the App Store), the order ID or original transaction ID, the product ID, the purchase state, the time, whether it was made in the store’s test environment, and whether it was restored to another of your guest accounts (for example after you reinstall). Google Play and Apple handle the payment itself; we never receive your card or bank details.
Why: to check that a purchase is genuine, deliver the character, restore it when you reinstall, and prevent fraud.
Connection data
When the Game or your browser reaches our server or this website, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information (such as the time and the app or browser making the request) to deliver and protect the service. We do not store IP addresses in the game database.
Why: to run the service and keep it secure.
2.What stays on your device
Your game progress, your settings and the list of characters you have bought are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us, and we cannot see them. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data removes them.
The characters you bought are not lost with them: open the Prepare menu and choose Restore Purchases to bring them back from your store account.
3.What we do not collect
- No analytics or advertising SDKs, and no ads.
- No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites, which is why the Game never asks for permission to track you.
- No name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location — unless you choose to write to us.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no scripts.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and we use it only to answer you and act on your request.
4.How we use information
- To verify purchases with Google Play or the App Store, deliver the characters you bought, and restore them on a new install.
- To prevent fraud, such as forged or reused receipts.
- To keep the service running and secure.
- To answer you when you write to us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to profile you.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on performing our contract with you (delivering and restoring what you bought), on our legal obligations (keeping transaction records), and on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping the service secure.
5.Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts our server and database (Cloudflare Workers and D1) and this website.
- Google LLC processes Google Play payments (Google Play Billing) and lets us verify them (Google Play Developer API). This website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when you open a page here.
- Apple Inc. processes App Store payments and signs each transaction so we can verify it.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
No one else. These companies may process information in countries other than yours (for example the United States), under their own safeguards.
6.How long we keep it
- Guest account: until you ask us to delete it (see Delete your account).
- Purchase records: while your account exists. After you ask for deletion, only where the law requires us to keep transaction records (for example Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), for up to 5 years, and then deleted.
- Emails to support: as long as we need them to handle your request.
- Data on your device: until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
7.Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop processing it, by writing to support@mintcinc.com. Because the Game never asks who you are, please include the approximate date and the store order number of a purchase so we can find your records.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, Korea or California) you may have further rights, such as to object, to data portability, or to complain to your data protection authority. We answer within 30 days, and we never treat you differently for using these rights.
8.Children
Vamspire is not directed at children under 13: it contains fantasy violence and mildly suggestive character designs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9.Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Our server accepts requests only with a signed sign-in token, grants a purchase only after checking it with Google or Apple, and access to the database is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we hold.
10.Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the Game is ever to collect something new, we will update this policy before it does.
