Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MintC Inc. (“we”, “us”) about Vamspire (“the Game”). By installing or playing the Game you accept them; if you do not, please do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1.The Game

• Vamspire is a single-player game. You can download it free and play act 1 with every character for free.
• The Game creates a guest account for you automatically; there is nothing to sign up for.
• Your progress and settings live only on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change devices, they are gone and we cannot recover them. The characters you bought can be restored (section 3).

2.Your licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.

The Game and everything in it — its characters, cards, art, music, text and software — belong to MintC Inc. or its licensors. Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game, make derivative works from it, or decompile or reverse engineer it.

3.In-app purchases

• Each character’s full journey — acts 2 and 3, its dawn altar, its night levels and all of its cards — is a one-time in-app purchase. The store shows the price in your local currency before you buy (USD 4.99 in the United States).
• A purchase gives you a licence to use that content in the Game, not ownership of it. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• The Game has no ads, no subscriptions, no randomised paid items (such as loot boxes) and no in-game currency sold for money.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store’s terms. The store handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own policies: ask Google Play for a Google Play purchase, or Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com for an App Store purchase. Where the law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, you keep it.
• If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the content it unlocked may be locked again.
• After reinstalling, or on another device signed in to the same store account, choose Restore Purchases in the Prepare menu to get your characters back.
• We may update and rebalance the Game’s content. If we remove paid content you can still use, we will act fairly and as the law requires.

4.Acceptable use

Please do not:

• forge, replay or tamper with purchases or receipts, or abuse refunds;
• modify, hack or redistribute the Game to unlock paid content without paying;
• interfere with, overload or attack our server;
• use the Game in any way that breaks the law.

If you do, we may refuse to deliver or restore the purchases involved and end your licence, in proportion to what happened.

5.Google Play and the App Store

Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from (the Google Play Terms of Service or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).

If you got the Game from the App Store: these terms are between you and MintC Inc., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

6.Changes and availability

We keep improving the Game and may update, change or stop parts of it. The Game runs on your device, but verifying and restoring purchases needs our server; if we ever have to shut it down, we will give reasonable notice as the law requires.

We may update these terms. For a significant change we will say so on this page or in the Game before it takes effect.

7.Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, or our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live under your local consumer law.
